Jae
Julianna is still saying she wants us to call her Jae. She asked me how to spell it today and I looked up some feminine spellings of the name and found: Jaye, Jae, and Jai. I liked Jae best, and since Julianna is four, and I don't really want to change her name, I figure I get to chose the spelling. So Jae it is.

Hmmm, Jae -- pretty. I was thinking Juls (like jewels) when I think of nicknames for her. But Jae could be becoming ;)
Mary, it is my compromise. If I had my way it would be Julianna, always. But she wanted Jacob, so Jae was the best I could do.
Haha!!! Jae is much better than Jacob, to be sure! But, you are right, Julianna is a beautiful name and perhaps she'll change her mind shortly and head back to it :)
